The rule that matters most
One human, one vote — six dollars or six thousand.
Money buys standing and credit here. It never buys weight. A Patron who gives $6,000 and a Citizen Member who gave nothing have exactly the same single vote, and no donation, sponsorship, or partnership will ever change that.
Two ways in
Both are real memberships. Both carry a vote. The difference is a reservation and a balance — nothing else.
